Brandon Olander is a world-renowned percussionist from Tucson, Arizona who specializes in both rudimental drumming and drumset. Brandon began playing in 2008 at age 10.  At 12, he became a household name in the drum and bugle corps community when a video of him playing with the Blue Devils drumline went viral. At 16, he was one of the youngest snare drummers ever to join the Blue Devils, and the following year, he was one of the youngest DCI Snare Drum Solo Champions. Brandon's experience on drumset started with jazz at local restaurants at age 12, and soon after, he formed his band Warpstar with longtime friends Joshua Every and Ricky Tutaan. Warpstar released their first album, Live From Your Stereo, in September 2016. Brandon has taught multiple drumlines and dozens of students from the U.S., Canada, and Germany, tapping his experience to instruct players from around the globe.
